The High-Pressure Homogenizer breaks through the limitations and bottlenecks of traditional stirring and dispersion technologies, effectively enhancing product value and maximizing economic benefits for users. In response to industry needs and user expectations, we have launched the N200 model, designed for large-scale production. This equipment achieves a maximum operating pressure of 30,000 psi and a maximum flow rate of 4 L/min. Featuring modularly designed feeding, discharge, and temperature control units, users can select and assemble components based on actual requirements and consult with us to determine the optimal configuration. This ensures both the needs of small-scale trial production and the demands for stability, reliability, durability, and ease of cleaning in continuous production are met. We also offer optional validation documentation compliant with PIC/S cGMP standards, meeting the high regulatory requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry for manufacturing equipment.
The N200 enhances energy efficiency and is suitable for continuous production.
