HS High Pressure Homogeniser
SPCH-EP-IC-30-15 High Pressure Microjet Nano Homogenizer
The SPCH-EP-IC benchtop unit has a long history of use in high-pressure nano homogenization and microchannel homogenization dispersion, and has been a satisfactory and sophisticated laboratory instrument for researchers. The current system is more straightforward and user-friendly, while incorporating new, superior performance features and safety interlock devices. Retaining the best characteristics of older models and combining over 45 years of the group's experience in high-pressure nano homogenization, this system is more advanced and meets multidisciplinary application needs.
This equipment adopts a revolutionary design concept, delivering outstanding homogenization results, higher working pressure, and more stable performance. It utilizes a hydraulic intensifier principle for more powerful and stable drive; pressure-balanced load homogenization valves and microchannel interaction chambers provide higher working pressures and optimal homogenization effects; a PLC microcomputer control module allows for single-pass, semi-automatic cycle, or fully automatic cycle operation; unique safety monitoring systems and safety design ensure safer operation.
