nG7575 Pilot-scale High Pressure Microchannel Jet Nano Homogenizer

The nG7575 "Hy-Drive" series hydraulic drive high-pressure homogenization/cell disruption system is specifically developed to meet the unique requirements of applications in biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical processing.

This system includes various models with processing capacities ranging from several milliliters to several thousand liters.

The nG7575 is suitable for laboratory, pilot-scale, and industrial-scale production. Research and development work conducted on this system can be directly and fully scaled up to other large-capacity production systems within the HS series.

The system features a fully enclosed exterior design and contains one or two high-pressure intensifiers internally. An electro-hydraulic motor powers the intensifiers. The intensifiers pressurize the product and convey it to the homogenization module. The homogenization valve is pneumatically balanced (with an optional microchannel interaction chamber). The equipment uses a dedicated PLC module as the control system and is equipped with a simple, easy-to-operate control panel. The system can be optionally configured with Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) systems.

Standard Configurable Options Include:

Back Pressure Module: A secondary homogenization valve with a homogenization pressure ranging from 2% to 20% of the maximum working pressure.

Microchannel Interaction Chamber Processing Module, usable up to 2100 bar (30,000 psi).

Outlet Heat Exchanger: Heats or cools the product as required. Can be connected to an external circulating heating/cooling system (-20°C ~ +120°C).

Inlet Heat Exchanger: Heats or cools the product as required. Can be connected to an external circulating heating/cooling system (-20°C ~ +120°C).

Pressure Feed Vessel: Assists in feeding high-viscosity products.

Medium-Pressure Feed Pump: Assists in feeding high-viscosity products.

Temperature Indicators: Monitor product temperature at key processing stages. Signals are independently transmitted and support connection to external monitoring systems.

Digital Pressure Gauges: Signals are independently transmitted and support connection to external monitoring systems.

Interchangeable Configurations:

Reverse Flow Plunger Clearance System: Customers can perform assembly, refreshing, and inspection independently.

Microchannel Interaction Chamber System: Delivers performance equivalent to Microfluidizer®. Different chamber types are available for selection based on specific application requirements.
