To supply system with double wall jackets for the intensifier barrels to allow them to be heated or cooled by fluid circulation. (Option)
Heat exchangers require connection to cooling fluid supply, same supply can be used or independent supplies.
6.Control:The system is PLC controlled with HMI interface. System provides data logging of pressure and temperatures.
To supply upgrade control interface and software for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.(Option)
7.Pipe & Fittings:All high pressure pipe and fitting are manufactured from corrosion resistant steel. Inlet and outlet connections 3/4” & ½” Triclamp, or as otherwise agreed.
8.Enclosures & System Connections:
The case/enclosures construction matches the high pressure parts' construction and auxiliary system construction, optional remote control, and more Asian ergonomic modeling structure.
The complete system is mounted into a fabricated stainless steel frame with levelling feet. Lockable castors are optionally available.
Pneumatic supply to the unit will be through G1/4 female bulkhead connection.
Electrical supply to be connected directly to the terminal strip through cable entry gland. Ø ½” BSPP(F) connections will be provided for cooling fluid inlet and outlet connections.

High-pressure nano-homogenization dispersion (microjet) system
Unlike the traditional operation methods of separate equipment, crushers or emulsification devices, it can produce micro-particles with a particle size of 0.01 micrometers. Due to the constant pressure and immediate production processing method (uniform particle distribution, complete uniformity, and increased productivity), there are no inherent physical property changes during the production process. Because the materials are continuously input into the production, it provides improved processing speed.
Using the independently developed diamond microporous module, it features unique performance and durability. When changing the materials, it is easy to control the flow rate and clean the contact area of the liquid. The repeated experiments and pressure adjustment are simple to operate. It is convenient for scaling the flow rate, ensuring the continuous and stable process.
