The SPCH-EP-IC benchtop unit has a long history in high-pressure nano homogenization and microchannel dispersion. Researchers find it a satisfactory and sophisticated laboratory instrument. The current system offers enhanced simplicity and ease of use, integrating new, superior performance features and safety interlocks. It retains the best characteristics of older models while incorporating the group's over 45 years of high-pressure nano homogenization experience, resulting in a more advanced system capable of meeting multidisciplinary application demands.

This equipment employs a revolutionary design concept, delivering superior homogenization results, higher working pressure, and more stable performance. Its hydraulic intensifier principle ensures a more powerful and stable drive. Pressure-balanced load homogenization valves and microchannel interaction chambers provide higher working pressures and optimal homogenization effects. The PLC microcomputer control module allows selection of single-pass, semi-automatic cycle, or fully automatic cycle operation. Unique safety monitoring systems and safety features ensure secure usage.
