HS High Pressure Homogenizer
HS Ultra-High Pressure Nano Homogenizer
The Pressure Cell benchtop unit has a long history in high-pressure nano homogenization. It is a sophisticated and satisfactory experimental instrument for researchers. The current system is more robust and user-friendly, incorporating brand-new, superior performance and safety interlock features. It retains the best characteristics of previous models and, combined with the group company's over 45 years of high-pressure homogenization experience, makes the system more advanced and suitable for multidisciplinary applications.
This equipment adopts a revolutionary design concept, delivering superior homogenization results, higher working pressure, and more stable performance. It operates on a hydraulic intensifier principle, providing a more powerful and stable drive. The pressure-balanced load homogenization valve and micro-channel interaction chamber provide higher working pressure and optimal homogenization effects. The PLC microcomputer control module allows for single-pass, semi-automatic cycle, and fully automatic cycle operations. Exclusive safety monitoring systems and safety designs ensure safer operation.
