The high pressure microfluidizer homogenizer of Microfluidizer Nanotechnology Limited has the excellent slow industrial hydraulic pressurization system, patented hyd-Lok intensifier's structure, pneumatic balanced load homogenization valve and microchannel device of STANSTED company. In addition, there are more microfluidizer chambers to choose from.Proven and robust technical solutions have a number of user customisable options allowing our customers to tailor systems to their specific requirements while benefitting from the large array of standard features.With reliable and mature ultra high pressure fluid technology solutions, there are a variety of standard models available for users to choose, but also can be customized according to the specific requirements of customers. At present, we can provide the ultimate pump technology which is slow running and easy to maintain, the customized hydraulic booster pump solution which is more ergonomic, the optional plunger gap homogenization system and micro-channel interaction device, the heating and refrigeration can provide in-place cooling device, discharge cooling device, and system related parts, such as:Production Pharma upgrades,Enhanced documentation package including material certification and calibration certification for instrumentation and measurement devices used for FAT, Also electro-polishing on primary wetted surfaces; To supply upgrade control interface and software for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance ;pressure pumping systems;pressure generation and control systems;pressure sensing;valves and related accessories.

(Option);Heat exchangers require connection to cooling fluid supply, same supply can be used or independent supplies.
6.Control:The system is PLC controlled with HMI interface. System provides data logging of pressure and temperatures.

7.Pipe & Fittings:All high pressure pipe and fitting are manufactured from corrosion resistant steel. Inlet and outlet connections 3/4” & ½” Triclamp, or as otherwise agreed.
8.Enclosures & System Connections
The case/enclosures construction matches the high pressure parts' construction and auxiliary system construction, optional remote control, and more Asian ergonomic modeling structure.
The complete system is mounted into a fabricated stainless steel frame with levelling feet. Lockable castors are optionally available.
Pneumatic supply to the unit will be through G1/4 female bulkhead connection.
Electrical supply to be connected directly to the terminal strip through cable entry gland. Ø ½” BSPP(F) connections will be provided for cooling fluid inlet and outlet connections.
9.Documentation:Instructions and maintenance manuals;To supply DQ/IQ/OQ documentation, IQ/OQ to be completed locally(Option)
